NOTES: I also have to purchase windows 10, as well as Microsoft Office. Probably gonna install Panda Antivirus as well, or Avast (Most Likely Panda)

Spend a little extra and get a GTX 960. You'll see the difference.

Don't buy those parts please.
The FX CPUs are outdated, consume A LOT power, output A LOT heat, way to overpriced, it's a deadline, and they also perform worse than an i3 6100.
For up to 800 bucks I'd suggest you this: i5 6500
Seagate Barracuda/WD Blue 1TB HDD
G.Skill Value NT 8 or 16 Gigs of DDR4
Gainward GeForce GTX 1060 or the Palit Gamerock GTX1060
Gigabyte GA-B150-HD3P
Samsung SH-224FB, if you need an optical drive
Cooler Master Hyper T4 CPU cooler
Case can be your personal choice, I'd suggest you a Zalman R1 with window side panel
Corsair Vengeance 550M 550W PSU
compared to the rig you wanted, here you get A LOT more FPS, less heat, less power consumption (smaller energy bill), a more futureproof rig and probably less noise. Not to mention that the Corsair CX PSUs are total crap, and basically burn down PCs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kj8-wNmYJvM (there are far more examples for this, if you want)
